Options Menu & Music Tweaks.

- Music no longer restarts on death or scene change

- Added an options menu

- Added a sensitivity slider to change how much A and D move the player

- Added a speed slider to change how fast you move forwards

- Added a mute button

- Added a volume slider

- Added a button to reset values to default
